We cordially invite you to attend the 2022 Annual Association Meeting of Shadows at Manchac Homeowners Association. The Annual Meeting will be held on Tuesday, October 25th, 2022, at 6:30PM CST at the Prairieville Primary Cafeteria, located at 40228 Parker Rd, Prairieville, LA 70769.

The purpose of the Annual Meeting is for the election of board members and the conduction and reporting of yearly business. Any member wishing to run for an open board position, should email Magnolia Management Services at info@magnoliabr.com. Additional nominations may be made from the floor at the meeting. Election ballots will be available at the Annual Meeting. Sign-in will begin at 6:15PM at which time you may also volunteer for the board positions and/or various committees.

No homeowner may vote at the meeting or run, volunteer, or be nominated for the Board of Directors if they have an unpaid balance of sixty days or more. Any delinquent accounts should be brought current prior to the beginning of the meeting in order to participate at the meeting. For those members who are unable to attend, a proxy is attached for your completion and return.
