My name is Mark Ammons, and I serve as the Secretary for the Shadows at Manchac HOA. I have served for 2 years and am extremely honored to assist the HOA Board with the duties that serve our wonderful neighborhood. I would like the opportunity to continue to serve the residents of our neighborhood, while ensuing to uphold the standards of our neighborhood and ensure property values are maintained.

I have lived in Ascension Parish for 22 years and have lived in the Shadows for almost 7 years. I am a Realtor with REMAX Properties and work for Healing Place Church. I have been married to my wife Kimberly for 25 years and have one daughter, McKenna. In my spare time I enjoy family time, watching LSU sports and traveling.

My goal this year is to help the board with the duties required to support  the needs of the neighborhood.  As a member of the Board, I will serve and be an advocate for every neighbor while helping to maintain the standard and property values of our amazing neighborhood.
